AIIU (Australian Institute of International Understanding) is looking for volunteer host families in the for Japanese Students attending Christian Brothers College between 21st March and 1st April, 2010.
By Hosting a student you not only benefit from the cultural experience but you also help to fulfill the dreams of an Australian student to study in Japan on a part Scholarship.
Host families are expected to provide a welcoming and safe environment, where the students are cared for as a member of the family. Families will receive $165 for providing food and accommodation.
A Working with Children check is required for one parent per family; AIIU will reimburse the cost to the family.
